The Whopper Reels series of slots by Ainsworth never really caught on although I feel they are all solid, fun games - but they certainly can be confusing. In addition, I can imagine some players may be put off seeing large amounts of wilds and yet maybe not scoring as large of win as they may have thought they should receive.
The base game is a lines-based game where you win by landing winning paylines on the reel set although it's a non-traditional 3x3x4x4x4 configuration. During paid games, the special "Whopper Wild" symbol may land on reel 3 only and if it does, it transforms reels 3, 4, and 5 wild. This can obviously work really well for you, but you still need to land matching symbols in reels 1 and 2 in order to win.
The Free Games Feature is triggered by landing 3 or more bonus symbols for 8 free games on an expanded reel set. During the bonus, a new "Whopper Multiplier" symbol appears on reel 3 and if it lands it transforms that reel into a 2x or 3x wild. In addition, a "Green Whopper Wild" symbol may land in reels 4 and 5 and if it does, it transforms that reel Wild for the current spin and for the next two spins. A new "Cash Rose" symbol is also introduced on reels 1 and 2 and when they land, they remain sticky throughout the remainder of the bonus and all evaluate to the same symbol at the end of each spin. By landing 3 or more additional bonus symbols, you will retrigger for 5 additional games and that's what you really need in this one! Given enough spins and a little luck, it's not a stretch to land Full Screens for that Big Win or Jackpot, Enjoy!

Another interesting game by ainsworth, clearly retriggers are needed in the bonus for a potentially big win. Doesn’t look like the best paying game but you nearly tripled up, plus it looks like lots of fun to play and in this case it was lots of fun to watch and see how this game works and I once again greatly appreciate all you do for this channel as I enjoy it to the fullest!

Anticlimactic wins on seemingly good full screens in the bonus. Then you got that 90 buck win in the regular game. Not a particularly good Ainsworth game in this extended reels category. I've done better on the Twice the Money big reels.

The payouts are so low that I just fail to see the attraction of these games by Ainsworth. Hundreds of wilds and such a small reward. I'm glad you're playing it, your enthusiasm makes a so so game fun to watch.

You nearly maxed out the potential on this one with decent bonuses and a couple of great line hits. I mean, when it only pays $0.50 per line for 5 of a kind in a bonus with 2x wilds, and you walk away after nearly tripling up, it's a good day 😊 When I see people (not you) feeding 300, 400, 500 dollars into a machine where the top jackpot is like $250, I think "Dude, what on earth are you hoping for??"
