The Princess Snow slot machine by WMS features their “X-Reels” type of play.
It's actually a bit complicated to describe this one but I'll do my best! During standard play, the reels contain either wild symbols, high-end symbols, low-end symbols, bonus symbols, or two types of “reveal” symbols. To win with a higher-end symbol, you only need two columns with that particular symbol and during your next spin, you are then awarded a multiplier from 2x to 10x depending on the particular line hit you had.
Red and Blue “reveal” symbols randomly choose symbols after all 5 reels complete. The bonus is triggered by landing three bonus apple symbols in reels two, three, and four. During the bonus, both reveal symbols only show higher-end symbols and always evaluate to the same symbol, so mixing and matching these in the bonus works out well! Looks like we play at the same casino. I actually tried this one for the first time when I went Christmas Eve and cashed out over $200 playing for $1. Was getting pretty good line hits with the revealing symbols. I usually stay away from the X-reels games.
