Well I'm happy to report that I like Midnight Diamonds and Code Red! I think the graphics, sounds, and game play are very nice, with the only frustrating thing about the game is that once you get the bonus, you have a chance of just receiving a lower-end credit award instead of playing a bonus game of some sort, although I assume this was necessary to allow for higher-paying free spins when you do receive them.
During standard player, the Midnight Diamonds slot offers a "Diamond Stack Bonus Feature" which is triggered by filling either reel 1, 3, or 5 with the special Diamond Stack wild symbols. If you do this, between 1 and 3 other symbols will placed on the reels and your win will then be evaluated.
The Bonus Game is triggered by landing bonus symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 - at which point you get to spin the wheel for either more credits, a progressive, or a free spins feature awarding between 8 and 12 free games. During the free spins feature, all diamond symbols become wild and depending on where they land, they could become either additional credits or lock in place for the remainder of your bonus.
