The Li'l Red slot machine by WMS is the first "Colossal Reels" slot I played!
And even today, it remains a solid title! Colossal Reels slots have two reels: the Main Reel Set and the Colossal Reel Set with different games generally differentiating themselves during the bonus although two standard features seem to be the following:

If you fully land a wild reel in the Main reel set, it will transfer to the Colossal reel set.

Bonus symbols only appear on odd-numbered reels, and you need to land them on at least 3 reels to trigger the bonus.
In Li'l Red, the bonus is triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 bonus symbols for 8, 12, or 20 free games plus a scatter award of 2x, 5x, or 20x respectively. During the bonus, any wild that lands in the Main reel set nudges that reel fully wild which then transfers to the Colossal reel set! There's great potential here, if you have a little luck and can land multiple wilds!
Li’l Red also has the distinction of having one of the most interesting/odd features I’ve ever seen in a slot: “When line selection is available, a mystery pay of 2 credits times the bet multiplier may be randomly awarded on a spin when playing only 2 lines.”
I might just need to dig a little deeper into that one, although until then, Enjoy!

Great run on this old classic. Used to play this all the time .. and one night was sitting next to a guy who talked my ears off and said that "granny" looked like his Uncle in Drag! LOL .. never looked at her the same since :) ... Great video .. you're the best on You Tube!

L'il Red was not the first WMS Colossal Reels game I played -- the first was Van Heising - but it was and still is my favorite. Guess I never out grew those fairy tales like Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf that I enjoyed as a child. I don't understand the Mystery Pay you talked about in your introductory comment, but maybe because pay of 2x bet multipliers isn't enough to notice at my min bet level. Lil Red is probably the only game I ever played for quarters instead of pennies. I didn't do it intentionally - I guess the person who played the game before me had played quarters and I didn't notice -- not until a much larger win than I anticipated came up. Just what I needed and just in time. And just because it's you, I watched all 19 1/2 minutes of your game. I like your videos a lot.
