"Spinning Streak" is a fairly common feature that's implemented on a number of games in fairly recognizable form. In the base game the reels are made up of 15 independent reels displayed in a layout of 3 rows and 5 columns forming 30 paylines in the version I played. During each game, if any paytable-defined win appears on the reels, the Spinning Streak feature becomes active and in this feature, the reels containing the symbols that are part of any paytable-defined win hold in place and the remaining reels re-spin. As long as the re-spin results in any new or increased paytable-defined win, the feature will continue. When the feature ends, all active paylines are evaluated and paid. Kingdom of the Titans does have Wild symbols, but they only appear in reel columns 1, 3, and 5. In order to get the bonus, you need at least 5 scattered bonus symbols:
