And I confess to liking it in a very odd sort of way especially as it's not an "easy" slot, although in some ways, are there really any?! In Eureka Gold Mine, landing either 2 or three bonus symbols in reels 2, 3, and 4 will initiate the bonus with 12 free spins, with the potential for retriggers! During the bonus the middle column is locked wild, although bonus symbols can still overlay on those to help with retriggers. They also removed all dynamite symbols from the free spins bonus which normally can block line pays, you therefore have two "improvements" in the bonus to give you a better chance for a Big Win.
During standard play, landing 3 or more dynamite symbols pays if you land them on a line, and landing 5 dynamites on a pay line will trigger the "Mine Ride" bonus giving you the chance for Progressives. Let me repeat that: not only do you need 5 scattered dynamite symbols, YOU NEED THEM ON A PAYLINE! IMPOSSIBLE!
Alright, not quite impossible but certainly very difficult to do! Once triggered, you choose a path and see a fun animation and are then awarded one prize for every credit bet per line. Prizes are either a credit prize (500, 1000, or 2000) or a gold nugget where the credit prizes are multiplied by your line bet. All credit prizes have the same value in each mine ride feature. After all prizes are revealed each gold nugget will then award a Major or Mini Jackpot, Enjoy!

man it's been soo long since ive seen this version but i can remember getting the major off crystal caverns for 500 bucks like 6 years ago think i was probably low rolling bets as well 50c - 1 dollar. Good video thanks!

Strange the major and minor were set up very low. Here the starting value for major is $2000. I got two major in 10 minutes with $6 bet. It is a good game.

wow so weird seeing this slot in this form, I'm more used to the eureka reel blast "lock it link" type of machine with the exact same assets but plays way different and it's one of my favorite machines.
edit: I've been reading this was originally an ainsworth or Bally game? something like that? The version I've seen in my casino is a WMS game under the lock it link brand did they stole the assets? or did they bought them?
