Buffalo Link is an incredible new game that elegantly fuses the gameplay mechanics of classic Buffalo and Lightning Link into something new and special! I just can't say enough about this one!

You win in the base game by landing 2 or 3 of the same symbol on adjacent reels from left to right, starting with the leftmost reel. To help, wild symbols may land on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5. Note this is an awesome change from classic Buffalo, as reel 5 can now land wild symbols and that can make all of the difference in the world! In addition, the reelset is 5 x 4 and not the traditional 5 x 3 used in both the classic Buffalo and Lightning Link games.

Another new addition to the game is the "Buffalo Collected Meter" which is initially set to 100 and whenever a Buffalo symbol lands, this meter increments by 1. The "Free Feature" may be won randomly upon any increment, or when the meter reaches 1800 after which you will be randomly awarded either the Free Games Feature or the Hold & Spin Feature. Note that there's a separate meter for each bet multiplier and denomination.

The Hold & Spin Feature is initiated by landing between 8 and 19 scattered special Buffalo Bonus Symbols after which 3 spins are awarded. After each spin, any additional bonus symbols that land are held, where each may contain either Progressives or Credit Awards, and if at least one lands, your spin count is reset to 3 just like in standard Lightning Link. If you collect all 20 you will win the Grand Jackpot! Credit awards will range from 1 to 250 times your total bet although only one at any time may contain the 250 or 200 value, multiplied by your total bet.

The Free Games Feature is initiated by landing 3, 4 or 5 scattered coins for 8, 15 or 20 free games respectively. Retriggers are possible by landing 2, 3, 4 or 5 scattered coins for 5, 8, 15 or 20 free games respectively. Any wild symbols that land will transform into 2x or 3x wilds, just like in standard Buffalo.
